Ignite 2026 pushed the conference experience into new territory, with artificial intelligence woven throughout the production from beginning to end. AI played a major role in the opening video and in the creative videos that have become a signature part of Ignite, while Noelle Russell brought the conversation directly to the stage with practical insight into how leaders can understand and use this rapidly changing technology. The year also introduced a new remix of the Ignite theme song by local musician Justin Tutor, giving the conference a fresh sound to match its bold, forward-looking energy.
The day also featured the precision, discipline and teamwork of the Blue Angels through their lead solo pilot, along with the passion, intensity and contagious energy of former NFL standout Justin Forsett. Together, they brought the room to life, challenging attendees to lead with confidence, push beyond limits and bring greater purpose and enthusiasm to the work ahead.
