Ignite 2022 marked another major step forward for the conference, bringing more than 700 leaders together for a day focused on trust, resilience, courage and personal growth. The speaker lineup included Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes, Navy SEAL commander Rorke Denver and bestselling author and trust expert David Horsager, giving attendees a wide range of practical leadership lessons and memorable stories.
This was also the first year Ignite introduced a Local Leader Spotlight, created to highlight influential leaders from within Mississippi. The inaugural spotlight featured Laurel native Ben Napier, star of HGTV’s Home Town, through a special video presentation and interview that shared his leadership journey, community pride and commitment to using his platform to make a meaningful impact close to home.
